2026 Season 

2026 Registrations are now open exclusively for returning WJFC players until December 21st.

After this we will open registrations to new players if capacity allows.
 

Now is the time to secure your player’s spot and take advantage of the $50 early bird saving, in place until January 31st.

Please note that payment of fees can be spread by using the Paypal ‘Pay in 4’ option. 

Current Active Kids Government vouchers expire on 31^st December so registrations must be lodged prior to that.
 

*IMPORTANT* based on changes to WFNL competition structure policies, we will be fielding U8 team/s for the first time with all non-graded age groups capped at a maximum of 2 teams. 

This means children born in 2018 and playing their first year of football will be in Under 8s.

Our 2 x U9 teams and 2 x U10 teams will NOT be based on schools, however we will endeavour to keep school friends together as best we can. 

Allocations will be done in order of registration date; once a certain team reaches capacity, additional players will be placed in the alternate team. 

Unfortunately, no guarantees can be given for placement in a particular team.
 

AGE GROUPS & REGISTRATION FEES

2026 Age Groups for WJFC are:
 

• U8 Mixed - $270/$220 early bird - (DOB 1/1/18 – 30/04/19)

• U9 Mixed - $270/$220 early bird - (DOB 1/1/17 – 31/12/17)

• U10 Boys & Girls - $270/$220 early bird - (DOB 1/1/16 – 31/12/16)

• U12 Boys & Girls - $295/$245 early bird - (DOB 1/1/14 – 31/12/15)

• U14 Boys & Girls - $315/$265 early bird - (DOB 1/1/12 – 31/12/13)

• U16 Boys & Girls - $315/$265 early bird - (DOB 1/1/10 – 31/12/11)

League Fees

The WRFL fee of $29.50 is additional to club registration fees, as is a 1.8% PlayHQ service fee.

10% family discount for 2^nd and subsequent players. 

Vic Govt Active Kids vouchers can be applied at checkout. 

Additional payment assistance may be available on request.
 

Early Bird discount of $50 will automatically apply in PlayHQ until 1^st Feb.  No discount code needed.

Special requests like playing up an age must be emailed to Carly ASAP. Managing numbers for teams is complex, so please communicate with the Registrar directly.

Your assistance in adhering to our timeline and process is much appreciated.

Finally, if your child played for Willy Juniors in 2025 and will not be playing in 2026, please let our registrar know ASAP so the place can opened up for another player.

 

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registrations can be accessed via PlayHQ https://www.playhq.com/afl/register/70caa5

For returning players, it is important that parents log-in to their current PlayHQ account. 

Do not set up a new account for you or your child.

SEASON

WFNL junior matches are played on Sundays. 

Round 1 starts on 19th April 2026 and continues every Sunday except for byes on 7th June & 5th July. 

There will be 14 rounds in 2026 followed by a 3 week finals series mid to late August.

Game times range from 8.40am - 2.40pm. The younger age groups are generally the earliest.

 

TRANSFERS

If your child has played for another club previously you will require a transfer to play for Williamstown Juniors. 

All players carry transfer points, based on league rules, so transfers cannot be guaranteed.

CLUB COMMUNICATION

All communication from Williamstown Juniors is via Team App. 

Families must download "Stack Team App" and search for Williamstown Juniors FC.
