2025 Season 

2025 Registrations are now open

 

Places are filling quickly so now is the time to secure your spot and take advantage of the $50 early bird saving.

 

AGE GROUPS & FEES

2025 Age Groups for WJFC are:

 

• U9 Mixed - $210 / $260  (DOB 1/1/16 – 30/4/18 - WJFC does not field U8s)

• U10 Boys & Girls - $210 / $260  (DOB 1/1/15 – 31/12/15)

• U12 Boys & Girls - $235 / $285  (DOB 1/1/13 – 31/12/14)

• U14 Boys & Girls - $255 / $305  (DOB 1/1/11 – 31/12/12)

• U16 Boys & Girls - $255 / $305  (DOB 1/1/09 – 31/12/10)

 

*Important*

Under 14 Girls and Under 16 Girls registrations are currently closed due to maximum capacity being reached.

We are taking expressions of interest for Under 14 Girls and are looking to create a second team so please get in touch to confirm your place on the waitlist.

Under 16 Girls is now full with two teams but please get in touch if you have a new player so we can assess if a third team is viable.

FEES

The WRFL fee of $22 is additional to club registration fees, as is a 1.8% PlayHQ service fee.

Early Bird discount of $50 will automatically apply in PlayHQ.  No discount code needed. 

Fees will rise by $50 from 1^st February 2025. 

10% family discount for 2^nd and subsequent players. 

Vic Govt Active Kids vouchers can be applied at checkout. 

Additional payment assistance may be available on request.

 

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registrations can be accessed via PlayHQ https://www.playhq.com/afl/register/f69c9d 

For returning players, it is important that parents log-in to their current PlayHQ account. 

Do not set up a new account for you or your child. 

If you have any issues with PlayHQ access or need to change your email address associated with your account, please contact 1800 PLAY AFL or email clubhelp@afl.com.au .

 

SEASON

WFNL junior matches are played on Sundays. 

Round 1 starts on 27th April 2025 and continues every Sunday except for byes on 8th June & 13th July. 

Game times range from 8.40am - 2.40pm. The younger age groups are generally the earliest.

 

TRANSFERS

If your child has played for another club previously you will require a transfer to play for Williamstown Juniors. 

Please express your interest to registrar@williamstownjuniors.com.au as soon as possible. 

Transfer requests are not guaranteed.

 

CLUB COMMUNICATION

All communication from Williamstown Juniors is via Team App. 

Families must download "Stack Team App" and search for Williamstown Juniors FC.
